Tis The Season for Pumpkins & Apples

The Perfect Pumpkin Cobbler:

A can of pumpkin, water and unsalted butter are all you need to create a cobbler that's to die for...it's that good! Start with our Plentiful Pantry Pumpkin Cobbler kit.

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan.
  2. Stir filling mix into 1 ¾ cups of water. Add pumpkin and stir until well blended. Pour into grease pan.
  3. Sprinkle topping mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with 2Tbl water. Melt butter and drizzle over cobbler.
  4. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool slightly, serve with whipped cream and Enjoy!
  6. Add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for added crunch and flavor!

 

Easy Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball:

You will fall in love with graham crackers and fruit all over again once you add a little pumpkin cheese. Simply combine our Wind Willow Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter and refrigerate until firm. Then devour!

 



Warm Apple Crisp for Two:  

An intimate dessert that is sure to leave a lasting impression and it only takes 45 minutes.
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray two 10oz. ramekins with oil.
  2. Peel, core and slice 2 apples. Toss apple slices with Apple Mix packet until well coated. Divide evenly into the ramekins.
  3. Add butter to Apple Crisp Topping mix; press together with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apple slices.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. For even faster results, use frozen sliced apples or peaches.
